Terms of Service
1. What Klipto is
Klipto is a desktop application for macOS — a clipboard manager. These terms govern your purchase and use of the app and this website.
2. Purchases
Orders are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com, who handles payment, invoicing, and applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.
3. License
- Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Klipto on Macs that you own or control.
- The license is perpetual: the version you have keeps working. Your purchase includes 1 year of app updates; after that you may optionally renew at a discount to receive new updates.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app, except where permitted by law or by the licenses of its open-source components.
4. Open source
Klipto is built on the open-source core of Maccy (MIT license) and includes other open-source components. Their license notices are included in the app.
5. Trial
Klipto offers a free trial so you can evaluate the app before buying. Features and duration of the trial may change.
6. Refunds
See our Refund Policy.
7. Warranty & liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
