If Klipto isn't for you, we'll refund your purchase within 30 days of the order date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
- Email hello@klipto.me with the email address you used at checkout (or your order number), or
- Reply to your Paddle order receipt email.
Refunds are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com, back to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
